- You need to complete the online Return procedure: please login into your account and click on "Order history and details". Choose the order you want to make the return for and click on “details”. Now you can see the order details, choose the product to return and write the motivation in description field and click on “Submit”;
- Once the return request is authorized, you can prepare the package for shipment by entering the RMA code received via email;
- Ship your return to the following address:

Please consider that it can take up to three weeks for our warehouse to accept and process your return.
Please bear in mind that you can request an exchange for a different size and/or colour of the same model you ordered. If you wish to receive a different model or style, please select the "Refund product/s" option and you can place a new order.
Note: If the item requested in exchange is not available, we will proceed with the issue of a discount coupon that can be used on site, for an amount equivalent to cost of the returned item.
After booking confirmation of parcel collect by courier made at our expense, it will no longer be possible to modify return request with refund.
